Product Management at Charlotte Tilbury

Our Tech Product team has been at the helm of unbelievable digital growth in the last few years. But it s clear that what we ve done so far is only the beginning. We re a humble and funny bunch, quick to crack a joke, but we re also proud of discovering, scoping, and iterating commercially sound, technically elegant and–most important of all–valuable digital products to our ever-iconic customers.

We bring out the beauty of good tech to non-technical colleagues, and we know just as well the criticality of our solid ecommerce foundations. We re entrusted by our colleagues in trade, marketing, finance, supply chain, legal, and customer care to make small bets and big bets about what tech-driven value looks like to our customers.

The Product team at Charlotte Tilbury work closely and cross-functionally on Agile squads with a wonderful group of Digital Product Designers and Engineers.

Our Head of Product Role

You are someone who has led a team of Product Managers in an innovative and fast faced technology environment. Experienced in a test-learn-iterate framework, you grasp the underlying purpose of Agile working, and you love big picture thinking as much as you love being in the detail.

Working across Charlotte Tilbury, drawing on the excitement, passion and drive from our founder Charlotte and a diverse suite of stakeholders, you re someone who will guide our Technology Product strategies, objectives, key results, and outcomes, driving us to new heights of effective, world-leading, personalised retail customer experience.

You are a wonderful manager of people, and know the importance of trust and storytelling. You re excited and proud to develop both your own team and your peers across Technology.

Leaning on an increasing wealth of data, you will support an incredible and growing team of technologists as we look to not only expand our ability to delight our customers through but also to push the boundaries of how, and where, we meet our customers digitally in the future of the web. Our recent steps into Social Commerce and virtual experiences will allow Charlotte Tilbury to shape how retail is changing as concepts like the Metaverse continue to transform our lives.

Finally: you have experience (or a deep interest in!) scaling an organisation that is moving culturally from a history of feature roadmaps to an outcomes-based ways-of-working.
