Marketing temp required to join us for December/Jan. 6-8 Weeks £12.50/13.50ph/onsite Central Bham In this role you will help us to succeed by: – Creating visual designs for the business to high standards – Developing digital and print marketing material, including but not limited to banners, social media graphics and email campaigns – Creating graphics for social media – Ensuring designs are on brief, within brand guidelines and delivered on-time – Helping maintain brand consistency and tone of voice to staff across the business – Contributing to ideation sessions, offering creative input and fresh perspectives – Ensuring graphics files are organised in a structured manner – Staying up to date with the latest graphic design techniques – Undertaking any other duties to support the Marketing department as needed The right person for this role will be/ have: – The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, across multiple projects – Consistent quality, regardless of project size – Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop – Excellent design, layout, typography and colour theory skills – Able to demonstrate creativity and the ability to introduce and deliver new ideas – Work accurately to design briefs and comfortable asking questions to get more information. – Experience working across both print and digital projects – Experience with generating engaging graphics for social media channels – Working knowledge of designing for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – Excellent attention to detail Call Nikki
