Location: Norwich Office 2 days – Remote 3 days

Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 + Benefits and Training

Forward-thinking digital marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses grow through innovative marketing strategies, cutting-edge CRM integration, and bespoke web development solutions is seeking a Graduate Web Designer, Web Design to play a key role in designing and crafting visually stunning and development-ready websites using Adobe XD with occasional use of Figma.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Website Design: Create aesthetically pleasing, user-centred website designs primarily using Adobe XD, with occasional use of Figma, ensuring designs are fully development-ready.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are feasible and align with best practices, maintaining a seamless transition from design to development.
  • Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes that effectively demonstrate user journeys, website functionality, and design concepts.
  • Branding Integration: Ensure that all website designs are consistent with the client’s branding, delivering a cohesive and professional digital presence.
  • Feedback Iteration: Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams to refine and perfect designs, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe XD: Extensive experience using Adobe XD to create high-fidelity website designs and prototypes.
  • Experience with Figma: Working knowledge of Figma, particularly for collaborative design projects and hand-offs.
  • UX/UI Design Expertise: Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, with the ability to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your website design work, particularly development-ready designs.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and clients.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring that all designs are pixel-perfect and align with the client’s brand guidelines.

Desirable (not essential) Skills & Experience

  • Experience with WordPress: Familiarity with WordPress and other CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Basic Coding Knowledge: Understanding of HTML/CSS to communicate effectively with developers is advantageous.
