Frontend Developer – York / Remote

A York based software house who are leaders within the healthcare field are looking for a Frontend / React Developer to join their team. This role pays up to £70,000 and you can work remotely most of the time with a once a month visit to the office.

This role comes as part of substantial investment into digital modernisation within the organisation. They are migrating an old desktop solution into a modern web-based application. The majority for the Frontend of this application will be largely greenfield.

This role will suit an experienced Frontend Developer who will act as the subject expert, you will work alongside their existing team of backend developers, product owners and a UI/UX Designer to deliver the application.

Skills

• Typescript
• React or other JavaScript frameworks.
• Vanilla JavaScript
• CSS and styling frameworks.
• GIT
• Comfortable working with REST API’s
• Testable code with unit tests and working in a test-driven manner using JavaScript test frameworks (MochaJS, JEST, Puppeteer)
