My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technology Leader for one of their Public Sector clients. This key role involves providing technology and architecture leadership within their core infrastructure business.

The right candidate will help drive through technology and strategy implementation and ensure that current and future work aligns with the organisation’s vision and core purpose. The successful candidate will provide leadership of a diverse team of solution designers and architects, ensuring alignment of IT solutions with the organisation’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing a technology roadmap, ensuring system security and reliability, and fostering a culture of delivery and innovation.
• The role is CTO-equivalent for this client area and demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
• Extensive experience in IT infrastructure leadership roles within the public sector and a proven track record in developing and implementing technology strategies are essential.
• The candidate must demonstrate a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and possess strong project management skills.
• An SC clearance is required (HLC being highly desirable).
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, with a master’s degree and relevant certifications (e.g, TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, Agile) preferred.
