Full Stack Engineering Lead – React – Node

One of the worlds leading advertising agencies who have an exciting opportunity for someone to join their ward winning, multi-disciplinary product team as an Engineering Lead, as they look to grow out their management team.

As a lead you will be working alongside a Product Manager and Design Lead, building a product in a global platform of connected products for one of the largest marketing agencies in the world.

As a Team lead, you will be responsible for the following.

• Build and grow your own team of developers.
• Have a hands on approach with the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and UX Designer on discovering problems and solving them effectively.
• Prepare the team for upcoming new workloads/projects.
• Work side by side with solutions architects to ensure solution design is reviewed effectively and complies with all legislation.
• Implement software engineering best practices
• Responsibility for code quality, ensuring test practices and code reviews are conducted to a high standard.
• Continuous learning and evaluation of the latest development methods, tools, and technologies

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the bellow:

• Building solutions in MERN (Mongo, Express, React, Node) using Babel, Webpack, Typescript, Git, Apollo GraphQL, Redis, Kafka, Okta, OpenID.
• Code quality control, test, CI/CD and package managers such as Jest, Lint.
• Microsoft Azure
