Your new role
An exciting opportunity for a Early Life Support Manager/Senior ICT Engineer/Designer who specialises in ELS to work in our Digital Services, IT Service Transition team.

ELS is a key element of Service Transition, it is the phase of projects where we work together across Design & Operate, learning to support and maintain new services, and monitoring them against their required performance.

You will provide lead technical expertise for ELS and/or manage a small team of ICT Engineers and ICT Technicians.

What you’ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have excellent ITIL knowledge and have experience working in a Service Transition role. You will have a proven track record of design or implementation of IT end to-end solutions and resultant change and have substantial design, systems analysis, programming or technical support expertise.
