Position: Digital Project Manager

Salary: £30-40k

Location: Wolverhampton, UK (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and oversee digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery for both new and existing clients.
• CMS Management: Work across multiple content management systems to support digital initiatives effectively.
• Project Management Tools: Utilise project management tools to streamline workflows, communication, and project execution.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and successful project outcomes.
• Proposal Writing: Draft clear and comprehensive proposals, Statements of Work (SoWs), and other essential project documentation.
• User Experience: Ensure that all projects adhere to best practices in user experience (UX) design and information architecture (IA).
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and client services teams to ensure transparency and alignment.

Skills and Experience:

• Agency Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital project management within an agency environment.
• CMS Proficiency: Experience working with various content management systems and bespoke developed solutions.
• Project Tools: Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Monday, Trello, and Asana.
• Full Project Lifecycle: Interest in managing projects from initial proposal through to testing and deployment.
• Collaboration Enthusiast: Enjoy working alongside designers and developers to bring projects to life.
• UX Knowledge: Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
• Documentation Skills: Ability to write clear and detailed proposals and project documentation.
• Organisational Abilities: Excellent at managing both personal and team tasks effectively.
• Technical Knowledge: An advantage but not essential for the role.
