Position: Digital Learning Designer

Location: The convenience of working from home with attending office on occasion

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000

Contract: 6 Month FTC

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Digital Learning Designer at Rendall & Rittner, you will work closely with internal subject matter experts to design eLearning modules and create multimedia content for a variety of teams across the business.

Experience to include:

  • Examples of eLearning design
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles (Addie, learning cluster design etc.)
  • Working knowledge of e-learning content development tools, to include Articulate Storyline
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Experience in developing online learning resources, including video and multimedia.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop engaging and effective learning solutions.
  • Experience with LMS.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
