London – Hybrid (3 Days in the Office a week)
35,000 – 50,000 DOE + Progression + Pension + Holiday

Exciting opportunity for a Mid- Senior level Digital Designer (DOE) with proficient design orientated experience with a creative flair to join a specialist and exciting health e-commerce start-up company offering exciting progression opportunities all the way through to a Creative Lead, tonnes of autonomy and responsibility, and the chance to build teams, leading initiatives and become a key stakeholder within the business.

This company are a start-up who are passionate about healthy living. They are looking to grow rapidly within the health and wellness industry. After receiving funding, they are now looking for a strong individual to take control digital design operations and to support with business decision making.

In this role, you will take joint ownership of digital design including brand visual identity, events, digital marketing, packaging, social campaigns and more. You will be responsible for collaborating with the design team, adding a creative spark. This role will provide close knit support to the existing Senior Designer within the company. There is a clear route for you to take ownership, collaborate, lead teams, and become a key stakeholder within the business.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and extensive digital design experience, ideally within the e-commerce and marketing industry. The candidate will be experienced in leading and managing teams and must be comfortable with handling email, website and paid social operations and be comfortable working in a start-up environment. Culturally, the ideal candidate will have a love for all things digital design and wellness. Candidates must have an in depth understanding of customer needs and retention and must be located within a commutable distance of Hammersmith and be comfortable working on-site at least 3 days a week.

The Role:

Based in Hammersmith, Hybrid working (2/3 days a week on site)

The Person:
Extensive digital design experience, ideally within the e-commerce and marketing industry
Experienced in leading and managing teams
Comfortable with handling email, website and paid social operations
Experience within a start-up/scale-up environment
Must be commutable to Hammersmith and happy with a minimum of 3 days a week on-site
