ROLE: Design Lead

Rare opportunity to join a clothing company based in West London.

Key Responsibilities

– Develop an elevated and refined brand look and feel – and turn it into a brand system that works every day- Lead and oversee design projects, from conception to delivery- Turn out a wide range of static and motion graphics on time and on spec – from quick sharp Meta ads, to rich catalogues- Recruit, manage, develop and motivate a small team of internal designers and external design partners- Review other designers’ work to ensure high quality and consistency- Manage the workload across the creative team- Own and manage the visual style and identity of the brand across all the channels

Skills & Experience

– Strong experience as a digital creative designer, with some as a Senior Designer or similar showcased in a portfolio!- You have a natural eye for elegant, elevated and refined executions – and the aesthetics of layout- Instinct for finding a distinctive, even offbeat answer to the brief, characterised by humour! – You know your way around paid social ads, and understand what works- You have experience leading other creatives and managing design teams- You have real attention to detail. You read the brief. You remember it. You don’t need telling twice- Your work is characterised by clean, organised asset management

Salary & Benefits
