Established for 5-6 years, this company has revolutionized the heating solutions market by enabling customers to purchase fully fitted boilers online.
They were among the pioneers to offer this service without the need for a home visit, streamlining the process for their customers.
The online journey is tailored to each customer with a fully bespoke website, ensuring a seamless experience.
Customers can choose their ideal boiler on an eCommerce-style website and schedule installation using a user-friendly calendar.
They’ve developed a cutting-edge Engineer App (iOS/Android) that enhances communication between engineers and customers.
The company is going international next year, expanding their reach and impact.
Their solar journey is in full swing, making solar installations more efficient and automated, with features like roof size measurement.
They’re transitioning to Next.js by the end of this year/start of next, ensuring cutting-edge web technology.
Team:
The team has a strong background in optimisation and CRO (tool agnostic).
They have a dedicated Experimentation Lead, and candidates for this role will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals.
This role will closely collaborate with the Engineering Manager and the VP of Engineering.
Role Overview:
As the first dedicated CRO developer, candidates will play a pivotal role in enhancing the online customer experience.
They’ll be part of one of four scrum teams, working on both CRO tasks and platform-related projects.
In each scrum team, they will collaborate with front-end and back-end developers, QA engineers, a product designer with a UI/UX focus, and data analytics experts.
Who They’re Looking For:
The company is not looking for junior candidates; this role requires someone who can hit the ground running.
They seek candidates who are proactive and stay up to date with the latest tools and trends in the industry.
While product-side experience is ideal, they are open to agency experience as well.
The role encompasses front-end and back-end work, making server-side experimentation skills a bonus.
They are looking for candidates with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
Tool Agnostic Conversion Rate Optimisation Experience.
Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Ruby is essential.
