About us:
We believe that home is a fundamental human need, as essential as education or healthcare. We go to work every day because millions of people across Britain are struggling with homelessness, poor housing conditions, soaring rents, discrimination and the threat of eviction.
We’re fighting for change, for individual people, communities, across society and leading the way to a safe home, for everyone.
We need ambitious, determined, first-class creatives who feel inspired by our cause and want to join us at this exciting time. If we’re going to create real change, we all have a part to play – and this is your time.
About the role
This senior role is key in leading major creative projects from concept through to production.
You’ll deliver highly creative work, backed up with strong strategic thinking, and present it clearly and convincingly to multiple stakeholders. Working closely with the Creative Director on some projects, you’ll be expected to take the lead on a variety of creative jobs, having final sign-off on both the concept and design aspects.
You’ll lead groups of both designers and writers to create these projects, helping them to develop their creativity, presentation and communication styles and ensuring that high creative standards are maintained, not just in your own work, but in that of those you mentor.
