To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a BI Developer to come and join our team based at Head Office (LE67 6HS)

As our BI Developer, you will:

• Ensure the existing design, development, and expansion of a near real-time data platform integrating AWS, Databricks and on-prem JDE systems• Develop ETL processes to integrate and transform data from multiple sources into a centralised data platform• Develop and optimise complex SQL queries and data pipelines• Optimise and manage the data platform to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability• Implement and maintain data security best practices to protect sensitive information• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements• Design and build interactive and insightful dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, ETL processes, and BI solutions• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the data platform.

In order to be successful as our BI Developer, we would ideally like you to be/have:

• Expertise in AWS services (e.g. Amazon Web Service EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS and QuickSight)• Proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis• Extensive experience with Databricks and Apache Spark• Experience with ETL tools and processes• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail• Experience with on-premises ERP/Enterprise system integrations• +5 Years of experience in BI development, data engineering, or a similar role• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar• A keen interest in developing and refining data platforms for future needs• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
